He’s 1! Happy birthday to our sweet, smiley, happy, curious, determined baby M. We love you so, so very much!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ps. Fastest year of my life! Her brother’s birthday is almost as exciting as her own, here she is decorating the house in balloons. And yes, I got her a pink one to celebrate herContinue reading “22/52”
Hi! What have you been up to? I’ve been inconsistently blogging at best so I thought I’d kick the week off (on Tuesday, oops) with a little “lately” post so you can see what I/we have been up to around here! Reading… The Kitchen House by Kathleen Grisson. My mom lent this to me overContinue reading “Lately…”
Always playing with big sis’ toys while she naps! And those chubby arms…and fingers, I can’t even… We finally had people in to fix the damage from water damn leaks this winter. We were displaced from our house all day Thursday so they could work and now I’m glad we did. We were home withContinue reading “21/52”
My little M is about to turn 1 year old and while I’m not ready to really believe that, I am ready to throw him an adorable birthday party. Since he has always been the happiest baby ever I decided long ago that a simple smiley face would be the theme of his first birthdayContinue reading “A Smiley Face Birthday Party”
I think he agrees that the pizza (well, the crust for him) from Figs is our local fave. And nothing welcomes in summer like a giant neon green cookie shaped like a flip flop! Happy Memorial Day weekend everyone!
You never know when this little one will pop up! Coordinating #lilyfortarget outfits on Mother’s Day.
We told my parents that we were headed to Newport, RI for mother’s day weekend and they asked if we were going to the Volvo Ocean Race. We had never heard of it so we went to their website and after a little research we decided to check the event out while we were inContinue reading “Fun at the Volvo Ocean Race Stopover in Newport, RI”
She’s been asking for “rainbow toes” for weeks so we finally did it and they came out so cute. Her fav is the far right in this photo – the gold at the end of the rainbow, Z’s idea! She’s so creative already… Non. stop. every. minute. I had forgotten (or blocked out?) how exhaustingContinue reading “18/52”
Four years ago when I was pregnant with Z I started making big decisions for her (as all parents do): figuring out how I would feed her, what diapers to buy, which onesies she’d wear, how I’d decorate her nursery, etc… It was at this point I started hearing from other moms about special laundryContinue reading “#FreeToBe”
I can’t eat an apple (which I do every day) without this little guy taking it from me so he can have a few bites first. We brought the kids to a Disney Princesses Live Show where they performed Snow White, Cinderella, and Beauty and the Beast. Needless to say, she was in Heaven.
