He’s wearing sweater and velvet pants by Appaman (not seen the leather elbow patches on the sweater) and she’s in a gorgeous tulle dress by Konges Slojd with sparly blue bows and a turkey headband. I love the boy look so much I bought it for my son to wear this Christmas!
One of my little customers needed a fall refresh so I put a few looks together for her from CouCou. I just love how everything works together highlighting her love of purple and horses. I love knowing little traits like that about my customers so I can really pull pieces together that are irresistible!
A big part of what I do for local businesses is grow their email marketing campaigns and create newsletters to inform, announce, and encourage new purchases. I particularly love creating newsletters for seasonal brand launches. We started selling this adorable brand at CouCou and I was so excited to put the newsletters together announcing new drops. The colors, the prints – so bright, fun, and perfect for children.

A big part of my job at Fritz & Gigi is merchandising. Essentially organizing and displaying merchandise so it not only looks nice but also so it appeals to customers and inspires them to make a purchase. As we wind down the Spring/Summer season (Fall pieces start arriving in late June!) it’s important to consistently merchandise the store so it looks fresh, is seasonally appealing, and full because the store can start to look empty as we’re selling through merchandise before the next season arrives.
I refreshed the Baby Boy corner last week and I love how it came out – showcasing the adorable, tiny bathing suits and water shoes (of which we don’t have many left) complimented by some adorable summer outfits that we still have some inventory. The MOLO button down, shorts, matching tee, and sun hat needed to be showcased on a mannequin to highlight the need to purchase all 4 pieces to complete the look. And he looks adorable with his Jellycat sand castle stuffy, right?! Happy Shopping!
In celebration of Earth Day yesterday I wanted to share the most adorable brand that is also Earth Friendly. Milktology – we sell pieces from the baby line at Fritz & Gigi. Milktology is a sustainable brand with each print hand-painted with watercolors then Eco printed on clothing pieces made of sustainably raised cotton. Plus everything is so darling and cute! And did you see the matching doll held by the mannuquin? Made using leftover fabric. The perfect baby shower gift!
Everyone loves to go on vacation and one of my specialties is prepping a few special, fun looks for your kids to wear while you travel. I prepped some of our mannequins at Fritz & Gigi for vacation…
I prepped our toddler girl for a trip to Florida! She’s wearing an adorable set from Louise Misha with the most beautiful embroidered details. She has on her MOLO seashell sunglasses and Feather 4 Arrow baseball cap to keep the sun off her face. And nothing is more perfect for the beach than these cute colorful basket totes.
Our little guy is headed out to California! He’s wearing ocean blue shorts and shark tee from Appaman, perfect for that West Coast vibe. His MOLO slides are the perfect cool, easy shoe to wear to the beach, pool or around the resort. And his Appaman wicker hat will keep the sun out of his eyes.
Our tween is heading to the Caribbean and wearing the most darling look from Hebe – loose, flowy linen pants with coordinating top. She can carry all her important lip glosses and books in her tote and wear her MOLO sunglasses as needed. She also likes to accessorize and is wearing the most darling seashell bracelet.

I recently pulled some ideas together for a customer looking for some outfits for her soon-to-be 9 year old who thinks she’s about to be 25 – ha! I got her point immediately, this sweet 9 year old is ready to look a little more grown-up as she enters her tween-hood!
Here’s what I put together for her, a nice mix of grown-up looks (like the crochet dress and the separates when she can show a teeny, tiny bit of tummy) with some sweet prints to keep her looking under 10. Then mom and daughter are both happy!

We are chock full of the most darling looks at both Fritz & Gigi and CouCou to dress your little one as the weather warms up. This swan look from Konges Slojd is so unique and special with the sweet little details, yet comfy and durable enough for every day. I shared a close-up of the details on my Instagram stories – the delicate stitching on the sleeves, puff sleeves, slight glitter on the swan on the skirt – so darling and makes this look so special.
The Holidays are fast approaching (Christmas is less than 3 months away!) and I have opened up appointments for Holiday looks.
