Bouillabaisse

What’s better on a cold, rainy, winter day like today than a bowl of bouillabaisse?  Nothing.  With a side of crusty bread?  Even better.  We used a recipe from a French Cookbook very similar to this recipe with orange zest that adds a very interesting tang to the fish stew.

We used dried herbs instead of fresh.  And yes, we buy store brand herbs.
